Taiwanese company
Brass Screws India Ltd has acquired a Taiwanese
Manufacturing company Tsen Chu Zunc fasteners Ltd
at the cost of US 16.5 Million. ( http://www.brass-screws.com

With this will come 32 years of experience of
making Brass fasteners Brass Anchors machinery and
Brass screws. Mr. Patel of Brass screws India who
are pioneers in making Brass screws in India have
confirmed that the deal is sealed at the cost of
16.5Mn US$,
This will be a 100% share buyout brining synergy
to Brass Screws India Ltd group.
At present Brass screws India has 2 plants in
India with a workforce of 230 people and sales
covering the globe. Their primary products are
Brass and Stainless Steel fasteners socket head
screws machine screws hose barbs hex nuts machined
nuts bar turned fasteners anchor fasteners and
turned Brass components.
The Taiwanese company located in Taipei is
also very strong in the same segment and it also
is a pioneer in machinery for screws and
fasteners. This company was started 25 years back
by Mr. Ho lai and has been nurtured ever since to
grow in to one of the leading manufacturers in
fixings and fastenings in Taiwan Mr.
Sakaria who is the CFO of the company also
informed the press that the total acquisition is
funded through private resources and internal
accrual of the company.
